Passenger side floor flooded on 2012 C250

My passenger side floor is all wet after the heavy rains in Los Angeles 2 weeks ago. I cleaned out many wet leaves under the hood under windshield. I want to know where the drains are so I can attempt to clean them out. I suspect that there may be debris in the drains. More rain is coming this weekend and I want to get it sorted it out. I was going to take it in to a local Mercedes shop to see if they could help. Some one suggested I take it to a local body shop.

Your help and opinions would be appreciated.

Cheers

In my case a blocked drain on the passenger's side caused the water to back up on the windshield and flow through the blower motor intake onto the passenger's floor. Here are the three drain locations under the windshield.

Passenger Side Drain

Mid-Windshield Drain

Driver Side Drain

Same issue for me (pooling water, driver's side). I used one of those flexible grabber thingys and fished out 15 years of dead leaves residue from the driver's side drain.

Thanks for your response. Very much appreciated. Are those little screens over the drains that have to be removed? If so, what is best tool to remove screens?

Thanks again
Cheers

I didn’t need to remove screens in my case. I also opted to use a small plastic hose and spray compressed air down the sunroof drain while I was at it. Videos on YouTube I believe. I think they both tie together at the bottom.

Thanks for your photos. I cannot find any similar drains on my 2012 C250. I note you have a 2013. Could have been changed.

Thanks for your help

Those drains go to a funnel right under it. It's those funnels that you have to fish out and clean.
