Bad knocking
Hello. Ive got problem now is when I floor it and then release the acceleration or braking if feels like someone hit me in back or someone kicked me really hard for some reason and I can hear a bad knocking when happened that . And second one is car is shaking for like 1 seconds but really bad . Car seen 20 diagnostic last week not even 1 errors or fault. Any help ?

No codes? Try resetting the transmission.
1-Car off and parked.
2-Get in car and with doors closed turn ignition to Position 2.
3-Press and hold the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor, past the resistance of the kick down switch.
4-Wait 10-15 seconds, then turn the key to the Off Position but don’t remove it.
5-Don’t remove the key and release the accelerator pedal.
6-With the key still in, wait 2 full minutes. Do not open the doors during this time.
Then get out of the car and back in. Start the car and test drive.
If this does not solve the problem, repeat but take the key out in step 5.
This should reset the transmission to learn mode and remedy balky shifting.

A transmission acting like that should be storing trouble codes.
This is a list of the only things I can think of that wouldn’t set codes:
Engine mounts;
Transmission mount;
Rear sub frame failure.
