W204 C250 CGI: Fail Start due to multiple Fault code
I own C250 CGI ,
I couldnt find similar fault codes on websearch; Recently the Car had issues with ABS Control Module, it was replaced with a used ABS pumb, as of now we have replaced them with module, but the guy who was doing calibrations somehow the process wasn't successful, the car returned a total of 20 faults with 16 faults in a engine, So we replaced with another one, another person managed to successful do coding and calibration, but I still have six fault code, that wont go away, they have checked all CAN Connections, they couldn't find fault connection, they later suggested we replace ECU (Car Computer), I think its too extreme,

1. U012800- Communication with Electric parking brake has malfunction-(Current and Stored)
2.P059800-Coolant thermostat has a short circuit to ground (Current and Stored)
3.P200A02: The charge movement flap (Cylinder 1 bank) has malfunction there is general signal fault (Stored)
4.P200A62-the charge movemnt flap (Cylinder bank 1). The signal comparison is fault.
5.P061451-Control unit transmission and combustion engine are not compatible: the component is not programmed.
any1 with any idea where to look,

What else has been done to the car? How long have you had it? Replacing the battery generally won't cause those codes. The last one about the engine and transmission not being compatible is the clue that your transmission conductor plate or transmission has probably been replaced or something was done to corrupt or delete the programming.

The last one about the engine and transmission not being compatible is the clue that your transmission conductor plate or transmission has probably been replaced or something was done to corrupt or delete the programming.

What is strange is that the car ran for a while and stopped working when the battery was replaced. Disconnecting and replacing the batter could have reset some things. Does your car have the automatic engine stop/start feature when it comes to a stop?

It depends on what was replaced. If it was an entirely new transmission, then yes, it needs to be coded for the engine. It is an anti-theft feature. If it was the transmission mechanical parts and the shop moved the conductor plate to the "new" transmission, then no. (I could be wrong, but I replaced my conductor plate on a 2004 SL500 and the coding/programming had to be migrated to the new control module to work.)
What is strange is that the car ran for a while and stopped working when the battery was replaced. Disconnecting and replacing the batter could have reset some things. Does your car have the automatic engine stop/start feature when it comes to a stop?

As a means to deter vehicle theft by chop shops (those that steal cars and sell off the parts), major components like the transmission and engine are coded to work only together. So, a stolen transmission will not work in another car unless it has been programmed for that car.
But, your car seems all messed up electronically. Changing the battery without knowing what you are doing could have messed stuff up. Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order.

Update,
I have changed ECM (Engine Control), the car runs smoothly, surprisingly all faults I had before of knock sensor, ignition coil faults and TCM are gone, the car is brand, new,
