Hey All, my driver's side HID setup randomly stopped working after installing 3 months ago. I've confirmed that the ballast is good and I replaced the bulb. I get ~11v on the headlight harness, and a regular H7 bulb works on it. For some odd reason, just the driver's side HID setup no longer works. What are some additional troubleshooting steps I can take?

The Hylux ballast no longer makes a hissing noise when starting up, it doesn't warm up, and zero response from the device. Any thoughts?

Solved. Combination of errors: polarity mattered for the headlight harness and the ignition needed to be turned on since voltage dropped below the optimal level for the headlights to function on the battery alone.
