Manifold Flap Fault

I’ve dealt with this before many years ago. It seems that the middle part has come out of the holder.

Power is mostly still in tact. I don't see anything broken but tough to see in there.

The scan says: 0521 The charge movement flap (cylinder bank 1) has a Stored and Current malfunction.

I wonder if it's just a sensor
issue or carbon build up?

Obviously I'll have to have a mechanic look at it. Opinions?

Bump, it looks like the actuator is broken inside. Anyone?
