Pomegranate

So the car has had its roller blinds replaced by the dealership 10K KMs ago. It's also had its tracks lubricated and whatever else they needed to have done. The issue I think isn't with the glass not opening, but with the roller blinds themselves not opening. I had it work again by tapping on the motor above the sunroof switch, but when the roller blinds fully close without leaving a tiny gap, they don't work anymore. If there's a tiny gap when closed, I have no issues opening them. Tips? Ideas?
