Throttle body swap

Hypothetically could one swap a c300 throttle body w/ a throttle body from a different Mercedes or brand of car w/ a peppier throttle response?

That’s in the me coding, just have someone change it to the 2.1 parameters. Throttle pedal will be instant vs sluggish and delayed.

Can you give more details on this?
I tried searching the forum for 'me coding' and '2.1 parameter' but could not find anything.

ME coding refers to the software on the engine control module (ECM), e.g., ME9.7. Some things can be set in the Engineering Menu. Anything beyond that has to be set in the actual computer (ECM) that runs the car. There are a number of layers where changes can be made.

Look for an independent Mercedes shop that has a “Coder,” a person who has the expertise and the tools to make modifications to the engine control software without messing something up. Tell them that you would like to improve the throttle response and find out what they would charge to do it.
