I have a used 2012 Mercedes C300 I got it from a 3rd party dealership not Mercedes but the following codes came up P0461, P2066, U0146, P0073 I just read about some recalls on the electrical system: software and the fuel system: gasoline

question what does these codes mean?

could those recalls be the reason for these codes?

 

P0461 & P2066 — Fuel level sensor problems
U0146 — Communication errors
P0073 — Ambient air temperature

I’m not familiar with the details of the recalls, which don’t necessarily affect all cars of that model. The first 3 could be related to the recalls. A dealer could verify that. The last one? Maybe not.
