Anyone know how to do this? I believe it's the only rear adjustment?

I believe you need to install the fluted bolts but they offer very limited adjustment. Your best bet is to go with the K-Mac adjustable bushings. They allow you to perfectly dial in your alignment with a wide range of adjustment. Downside is that it's big job and it's not cheap.
