suspension noise(w204, a207, w212...)
Dear Friends, I have been dealing with this challenge so hard that I would go almost died now..
Here is my situation. I got my car w207(m272, chassis w204) replaced most of suspension parts(Lower/Upper control arms, Sway bar, Sway bar end links, Inner/Outter tied rods), however, there is noise still going on.
Especially, when it comes to driving bumps, like up and down slowly with no good balance, for example, driving up with that the driver-side tire gets on first, it sounds just like stabilizer links squeaky. Only thing I concerned is that I did not do exact torque because of not enough space. But, I am pretty sure I did ok enough torque to most parts.
This noise drives me crazy. I need your advices. Cheers.

I would try and torque it down to spec. Why isnt there enough space? Are you talking about the front sway bar links? I remember leaving a review for the sway bar links I used so went back and sure enough I even commented how I was able to torque them down.. On mine the top nut faces out so that was simple. the bottom nut in on the inside and my 1/2 drive torque wrench fit.

thanks for your tips.
what i meant for not enough space is that i could not use the torque wrench. it needs the pipe torque wrench that i dont have.
however, i am sure i did enough torquing.

A regular torque wrench works. Once you get the nut nice and tight with an open end wrench and allen bit, like in your photos, remove them then just use the torque wrench. The stud wont spin, and you can properly torque them down. Try it.

but still concerning that torquing is not a solution for my situatuon though. but i will go for it though.

Have you tried standing next to the car and push down on the side that is making the noise? I noticed a squeak on my passenger side so when I push down on the hood when I'm standing next to that wheel the car squeaks, I think its coming from the top of the strut. It went away when the weather warmed up.
I also go under the car and spray all the bushings and ball joints with silicone spray lubricant. The silicone will not harm the rubber.

Also, I would try detaching both of stabilizer end links and just drive a little bit in order to figure out if the noise comes from the end links or not.
While I have searched causes of noise in w204, w207, w212, and etc, I found that it could be from shock-up mounts. Just gonna try what I can do for checkups.
Cheers.
