2010 C350 4M

Block Heater

The 2010 and 2012 C350 is the block heater use to warm up the oil or is to keep the coolant warm ?

It should be on the front of the engine next to the coolant hose.

Thanks ! I know where the plug location. But I am not sure it going to warm up the Engine oil or keep the coolant warm

I should have been more specific, it warms the coolant.
