anyone interested? Brand new AL headlight wire harness Xenon
I like it seems everyone else is having problems with corroding wiring insulation on the internal wiring harness for Xenon. A kit does exist for cars with halogen. I’ve searched high and low but a replacement for Xenon does not exist.
Ive been back and forth with a few companies and I may possibly be able to get one made. I can also get them to make me as many as I want.
im just curious if anyone would be interested in a replacement harness internal for Xenon’s?

If the headlight is old enough for the wire insulation to erode, the lenses will be old, yellow and gross right with it. This was the case with mine at 165k and 13 years. $1,250 to replace the pair, and in my opinion money well spent since I intend to take this one all the way. Currently at 235k.

Thanks! Originally that was what started me down this journey. I was replacing the exterior lenses once inside found some badly corroding wires.
I have done this for a few people locally, completely disassemble the housing, clean it all. Have a local person rebuild the harness. Clean everything grease up the plastic pieces that move.
I use a high quality butyl rubber seal, Chinese headlight lense which I spray a high quality clear coat on. In one case I was able to find a bare replacement headlight case that had cracked.
rebuilding is much less expensive then $1300.
however I also understand nothing beats new.
