Question How to install facelift seats in pre-facelift car?

Does anyone know if it's at all possible to put facelift seats into pre-facelift?
My vehicle is W204 '08 Avantgarde, i normally don't have a seat heating or cooling in my vehicle.
While surfing the internet, I saw W204 Elegance, but it was the facelifted version.
The vehicle had seat heating and cooling, If I buy W212's center console buttons and facelift seats with heating and cooling , what will I need?
W212 Center Buttons its usable to W204 ?

W204 Facelift Elegance buttons interior

The seats with heating and cooling I mentioned

I doubt you have the correct wiring harness installed to make it work even if you replace the seats and center unit.

Probably easier and cheaper to get some heated seat covers that plug into the 12v outlet.

Wiring will need to be ran from the front sam to the seat heating/cooling controls, and from the rear sam to the seats themselves. It isn't a difficult job but pretty fiddly since the carpet needs to come out to run the wiring.

Source: I retrofitted OEM heated seats to my GLK.

Thank you for answer but I don't know if I can use the w212's center console function buttons on my w204.
Normally, this happens directly by plug-and-play with the air conditioning panel of W212, but I don't know
bout the buttons because I don't know the connector structures.

You would use pre-facelift buttons, they attach to the radio. Power, ground, and CAN need to be wired from the front sam to the buttons.

As far as I understand, wiring needs to be done under the carpets and I can use the W212's buttons, but then I will probably need to use the original belt and airbag module as well, but will I need any programming after that?

Yes both front and rear SAMs need coding done.
