2010 C300 Spark Plugs

My vehicle has 43000 miles on it. At my last service it was suggested that the spark plugs be replaced. My car runs like a Swiss watch, do the experts on this forum think the plugs should be changed? Thanks in advance for any advice.

No for me. Those plugs have a lot of life left at 43k, but wouldn't hurt either if you're looking for something to do. Which is how mine got replaced at ~68k.

2010 with 43,000 miles? That is great.

At a minimum I try to follow the recommendations in the Maintenance manual that came with the Operators Manual. I have a 2010 4matic with M272 engine and the manual shows replace the spark plugs at 80,000 miles or 8 years.

So if the plugs have either 80,000 miles on them OR they are over 8yrs old I would replace them.

Especially if you do the work yourself it isn't expensive at all.
