Looking fwd to refresh my 2009 C300 with some new extras and make it a bit more fun to keep it for the long run.
Besides some new 18” wheels and a spoiler, I also want to straight pipe it to make that V6 sound more fun. The problem I’m seeing is that I can’t find any Luxury model that with a new diffuser. All of them are the Sport models. The issue with the Luxury is that the rear fender is sober / subtle and less sporty / aggressive. It is all flat, contrary to the Sport that has a lip that blends well with a new diffuser. Pic attached.
Have any of you done some similar upgrades to the Luxury version? Do you think a diffuser is possible and would it even fit my fender or do I have to replace the whole rear fender for a Sport or AMG C63 model? Luxury model’s rear fender can fit sportier diffuser?
