So I’m looking if there are any aftermarket head units that remove the cd player, dial pad, radio, nav, etc buttons, leaving just the volume knob (see items circled in red). I’m upgrading to an android screen that has all this built in, and since I no longer need these buttons I want something cleaner to make the car look less dated. I have a 2014 c300 4matic. Any recommendations? Can’t seem to find anything online…

Recommendation: Leave it alone.
Not sure how you are adding your Android screen (Android Auto or CarPlay), but make sure the kit doesn't require interfacing through the HU. Also, there is more than just the radio that is controlled through the COMAND unit. Seat heaters, emergency flasher, ECO (Start/Stop), phone, microphone for voice control, and other stuff. There is a reason there are no aftermarket replacements. Upgrades depend of the electronics of COMAND.
