c180 cdi facelift

i just done a downpipe and a stage 2 tune on my car. but the problem is when im at 202 km/h, the car stops at 2500rpm and the speed decreases. i dont know whats wrong, it feels like a limiter on the car. i also got 2 code faults, could the temperature censor be the reason? or should i remove the downpipe and put the dpf back?

My W204 operators manual says all models except the C 63 has an electronic speed limiter preventing the vehicle from going over 130mph (210 km/h)
