2018 C300(A) Convertible noises - video attached
Hi!
I just bought a 2018, c300 convertible, 30,000 miles.
When driving there are some noises. Video attached.
Someone can recognize what is it?
The car with low miles, carfax history of all services, a car that seems treated by the book.
I’m still under the 10-day return window of Carmax, should I ask to fix it? Or it's a lemon? The sound appears always, with open / close roof.

Since it’s a new car to you and I’m assuming you have a Carmax warranty and you were talking about the little tapping noise? Why don’t you take it back into them during this 10 day period And ask them to extend the 10 day period from the time you get it back. Don’t delay. Call and make an appointment and tell them to email you verification of the 10 day. Have something in writing.

I listened a dozen times and I cannot tell what the noise your talking about is, not sure what im listening for. Though my computer doesnt have speakers so was listening with headphones.
Can you describe what it sounds like, where you think its coming from?
If it is an odd noise then most certainly bring it back and tell them about it. At least get it on record you think there is an issue. Dont wait.

It sounds like rubber or plastic that moves, the noise come from center console / under the center speaker.
