sad story om651.913

This is my sad story, in which I need advice on what to review once this is dismantled, I transferred the story from another forum to increase the possibilities of improvement

Well, today while driving on a 500km trip the car asked me for oil, I stopped and made a small puddle, but a puddle , not a drop.
I check the level and at the minimum, I'm completely angry now, well... I'm going urgently for oil (I practically stopped at a shopping center) to examine the problem a little, let the family wait hehe, I've done it at the level and it's dripping , dripping, all the time, I search and can't find, small but stable. I decide to take a risk, I circle 20km at a correct level, 50km, a good level, in the end I have finished the journey although it has ended at the minimum again, a liter in 400km has been wasted.
I already have it in the elevator and I'll be the surgeon tonight.
I already know where it goes, or so I think, crankshaft seal, why? Well, why after 200km or so I gave the acceleration for pleasure and the rpm needle shot up, that made me understand why I wasn't losing oil in driving speed and that I wasn't going to run out of oil. at any moment and the engine could explode, so I relaxed a little and turned on the radio.
He tried to take it in the best possible way, but thinking about it I worry, how can a crankshaft seal get damaged at 340,000km? Lately I can hear the chain sometimes, even though I changed it 70,000 years ago, maybe it's the bench...? I guess tomorrow I'll get to the question kit, but what a gift my colleague gave me, so I think about it...
Any similar case? Something happening?
By the way, any ideas on how to remove the gear lever. In principle I will dismantle everything inside and see, but it is still easy to do below, I don't have the computer here :dash1:
But until the moment of assembly I don't think I see it as urgent

Well nothing, I have disassembled the box, quite easy by the way, about 2 hours once I got on the elevator, I found the bimass (mixture of sasch and luk I see in the mallet) very damaged, I have not taken it out yet, only the box Let's see if I dare to upload a video later, now to the shower
I have also found some excessive tightening torques (I would say on the bell, 10kg by eye, maybe more, they sounded with a good clap! when released)
A bead from my view that is not original on the distribution cover and a support for the diesel tubes with the screw loose a couple of millimeters, something tells me that it could be a poorly placed or rejected seal...

There is the state of my clutch, I am thinking of leaving it because I am a stingy, in addition to not noticing defects in its driving, nor vibrations or noises and reinforced by this other video

Although for me the looseness is excessive, in the second video I really see them similar.
By the way, since I plan to raise everything I do a little, he commented that it is not necessary to touch the lever from above to release it from the box, it simply has two very easy-to-extract pins on top of the box, when you release the block from the box you lower it a little and it is accessed without major problem

Well, the seal was leaking because it had a couple of pieces of plastic, bakelite, sheet metal, brown and brittle. After crying a little I decided to move on and now I'm removing the timing cover, I hope it's from a skid like thisI'm doing it without removing the engine, which I'm almost regretting.

Well there we have the problem, I didn't do well to turn on the radio

Now I'll relax and think about what material I order on the weekend.
Well, we can go with everything from 1500 pavetes, all original, to putting just enough and from other brands that can be €80.
At first I was thinking of a distribution kit, camshaft covers and gaskets, including firestop washers, reaming and good cleaning, that's for sure.
I evaluate the front side crankshaft seal, crankcase gasket, even the oil pump, also the diesel pump or its crankcase seal, but of course we add hours and hours.
And I have to remove the exhaust gas precooler for the EGR, I'm going to do that this weekend at some point, but it's also difficult.
Do you think I should add something to the list of mandatory things?
I have already decided to reuse the clutch, since the disc is new and I don't see manufacturing dates but I suspect that it has been changed, especially because of the crankshaft seal that was not original

This is the duct between the exhaust manifold and the EGR, for me it is perfect assuming the km it has, what I don't know is its function, heating antifreeze or cooling gases, I suppose the goal is to cool gases
