vibration on freeway
it feels like unbalanced driveshaft or engine mounts. but driveshaft is well hidden on this car im assuming its not a common issue with 2011 c300 4matic
i know engine mounts are worn out slightly just wanted to see what else can it be.
wheels have been checked for balance. they are good. brakes are good.

When I picked up my c250 there was a slight steering wheel vibration on the highway. It ended up being the front brake rotors. Engine mounts wouldnt make a drive line shake cruising down a flat highway. That would shake the whole car at idle, and or you would hear rattling at idle. I had also replaced the engine mounts in my c250. It would rattle the exhaust at idle.
Check the below-
-check brake rotors
-check motor mounts
- front drive shaft axle u joints
- check tires. They might be worn unevenly.
- if tires are wearing unevenly, check tie rods/control arms.
- you might need an alignment? If you just bought the car and they changed front end parts and never got an alignment that could be the issue.
-check rear subframe for rust/rot - the w204 had a subframe recall where they rot out. I had mine replaced as I would get a bad sway on the highway if I hit a bump.
Hope this helps and keep us posted!
