M271 Evo 180CGI engine ticking hydraulic tappets?

Hello, for a few months now I've had the problem that the engine is ticking. About 6 months ago I put in the hydraulic tappet additive and the ticking went away. After about 3 months it came back and I changed the engine oil (5W40). Unfortunately the ticking continued.

The ticking occurs when the engine is cold as well as warm. A few days ago I put in the hydraulic tappet additive again and drove almost 1000km in one go. Unfortunately the engine is still ticking.

I checked the timing 1 year ago and it was still OK.

The engine oil is changed every 10,000km at most.

The engine has run 240,000km and the timing chain and adjuster were changed at 150,000km. (Original Mercedes)

I've already checked the oil pressure and it far exceeds the values stated in the WIS.

Has anyone had a similar ticking on their M271 and knows what the problem is?

I recorded a short video about it.

E 200 KOMRESSOR
I have exactly the same noise since i replaced all 16 lifters. Before replacing, I had only one noise lifter sometimes. Now, after replacement, I can hear almost 2 or maybe even 3 lifters constantly ticking. On a cold start, maybe a bit silently for first minute, then the clicking getting louder. My mechanic said that it is probably an oil pressure problem, that he needs to literally tear the engine apart to investigate. I say that the oil line is clogged, but there is no possibility for me to be with mechanic and tell him what to do, or I still haven't found a mechanic patient enough to fullfill my wishes )) I was so desperate, so after all I even added one bottle of Liqui Moly additive, but it changed nothing except that warning message for too much oil in the engine appeared every day just to make all this agony sweeter. In the end, I have changed oil and filter because I could not stand anymore. Of course, ticking is still there. Everything other is fine - it starts and runs fine, pulls normally, no rough idle or misfires... And when I keep windows closed, I succeed to forget about the annoying sound and to enjoy the ride. Sometimes. Please let me know if you solved this issue somehow, because this will take me to the madhouse.
