Can I straight swap Halogen H. Lamps for Bi-Xenon ones?
I've checked the wiring for my headlamps and the Xenon ones and the only difference is the plug on my car has 1 less pin than the Xenon plug (which is the Canbus wire I believe) and obviously my car is not fitted with an ECU that can receive a signal from this canbus wire, so presumably it wouldn't result in any messages being displayed in the instrument cluster?
Am I right in thinking the Xenon headlights should then be plug and play?
Thanks in advance
The problem with the cap/cover having a cut in it is they lights could fog up inside now. I use silicone to try and seal it more. Or go the opposite route and open up more holes so it will breathe and the fog will dissipate quickly.
