Lightbulb DTM Wing Spoiler from W201/W202 on a W204?

Hey guys,

I have been considering for a while to put a DTM style low-wing spoiler on the trunk lid of my 2011 C350. It's lowered from the factory with the AMG sport package, but I always felt the rear was missing something even with the factory lip spoiler. See the attached at the bottom for the kind of wing I'm considering putting on.

The trouble is, obviously these spoilers weren't made to be put on a W204; eBay sellers have not been helpful in giving me dimensions of these spoilers (they're all apparently made in Latvia, and none of the sellers can give me dimensions of any kind). After measuring my trunk lid, the length without factoring the slight curvature of the trunk comes out to just below 50 inches. I'm having trouble ascertaining online the trunk-lid length of a W201 or W202 C-Class. Does anyone here also own a W201/W202 or know someone that owns one? If so, could you provide a measurement of how wide the trunk lid is from end to end? That would be much appreciated and a big help for me to ballpark how it would look,

Other considerations: if I was to move forward with this, I would want to keep the current lip spoiler on the car while cutting out an indent in the legs of the spoiler to slot on top of the factory lip spoiler, almost as a mini homage to the 190E Evo II spoiler. I'm guessing it probably would not be a wise idea to drill through the lip spoiler to secure the wing spoiler on top?

Are there any other concerns that I've missed as well? All input is appreciated; I'm not dead-set on this project yet because of those installation concerns as well as price to order and paint a spoiler.

I thought the lip wing on the 350s here in the US was ok. Less is more. That on the other hand would stick out, but not in a good way. Worse, unless you test the final package, you may actually end up with lift, not downforce, as the 204’s trunk is sloped.

True, didn't consider the aero aspect but this mod would purely be for aesthetic, I don't take my car to the track or anything like that.

I suppose it's a matter of taste. My W204 is a pre-facelift with the elegance grille and standing star, so I thought going with the retro-ish theme with a retro spoiler could look nice.
