Does anyone know how to repair (stick)this part of the trim on the passenger door?

That piece is not shown as a seperate part on the diagram so im guessing its not meant to come off, easily anyways.

I dont know exactly what happened to it, but if I wanted to get to it I would probably remove the door panel to access the back side of it. Remove the trim piece part 200 in the diagram below, then see what it looks like. Trim piece 200 appears to be held on by a few metal nuts.

I could be totally wrong though, I never took my door apart before.

The ones in my rear doors are starting to peel. Not gonna do a damn thing about it lol.
