My loved w204 c300 is almost reaching the mark of 200k miles, recently I had to replace spark plugs, a couple ignition coils and the drive belt kit, including belt and pulleys. What other things should I expect to replace for the next 50k miles? Is it worth keeping it?

Do you work on the car yourself or pay a shop to? That is a big factor to me, I work on it myself so maintenance costs arent that bad at all. Depends on the current condition, I live in new england so deal with rusting, wears down suspension, brake lines, bushings etc.
I'd say keep maintaining the car properly, be saving away your money, then if something major happens then think about cost to repair vs getting a new car.

I've been taking my car to shops since I bought the car with 176k miles, even for simple stuff like replace spark plug and ignition coils, but I figured out that I NEED to learn how to perform basics services on my own car, because its way easier than I thought. So now I'm starting to do things myself.

If you haven't already, transmission fluid is due every 60,000? miles or 6? 5? years. If vehicle is 4MATIC, then there is rear diff, front diff, transfer case fluid. If non 4MATIC then rear diff fluid.
Then there is obvious wear and tear things like engine mounts, transmission mounts, bushings, brake pads, rotors, windshield wiper, battery, aux battery (if applicable), coolant, brake fluid (usually every other year), power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid.
More things like tires, alignment, tire balancing, engine air filters, cabin air filter, activated charcoal cabin air filter (beneath the glovebox), polv v belt, check all belts, I guess I will add if I remember other ones.

I got the high mileage award last year for mine and im not the original owner. Just fill it out and have someone at your local MB dealer sign it. I scanned and emailed it in and took around 2 months to get it in the mail.
