I'm not sasified with MB speakers. too weak.

But do everyone know how much "room" there is behind the plastic speaker flange?. (I know i shall buy a universal MB speaker adaptor rings)
On the Cerwin Vega page. the speaker is 77mm deep. Are they too deep?

I suggest that you check www.Crutchfield.com and search for speakers that will fit in the doors of your car. You can check the specifications in the detail tab for each speaker to determine whether there are any that are as deep as the Cerwin Vega model that you want. I checked three of the speakers that Crutchfield said would fit and I didn't see any that had a bottom mount depth of more than 3 inches. However, I did not make an exhaustive check of all the options Crutchfield said would fit a W204.
