I. ant seem to figure out how to run a remote wire for my Line in converter. i tried the cig lighter in front of the shifter where i have colors prange w/ red stripe
brown
green with blue stripe
i.ciuld get this one to work i assumed the orange with red was the one to splice my remote off but I wasn't able to get it to work for s i me light i was testing so I don't think it will work for my Line input converter
next i took out the radio and I can't seem to figure it what wire to splice to make a remote. it says there should be a blue or blue and white wire but I only have a very thin blue wire and I don't know where unit 4 slot 6 is on the back to use for the remote like it says in some fourms. I have been trying to figurebthisbiut for 2 days and I'm not getting anywhere. I d I nt know how to spice one from my rear fuse panel so I'm asking for some help please. cig lighter wires

If you are just looking for a key on hot fuse/wire them you can use one from the rear Sam. Just use a fuse adapter similar to this one. Just be sure to get the right size fuse like mini, micro etc. Whatever size matches there fuse you need to get power from.
