Mine has option 475- TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR (TPM) HIGH LINE/MID LINE which shows each tires pressure on the dash.
You should be able to check on the dash, toggle to SERVICE I believe then scroll down to Tire pressure, should show all 4 tires. They will probably read 0 or have "--" for each one.

- 470 Tire Pressure Monitor (Base). This has a tire pressure sensor in each tire. It warns of a loss of pressure in at least one tire. It does not show the position of which tire is low.
- 475 Tire Pressure Monitor (Premium). This has a tire pressure sensor in each tire. This will show the pressure for each tire in the display.
- 477 Tire Pressure Loss Warning. This does NOT have a pressure sensor in the tires. Instead it works off the wheel speed sensors/axle RPM sensors.
If you have Option 470 or 475 it is easy to replace faulty or missing pressure sensors inside the tire. The new sensor will link up automatically after a few miles of driving, no additional programming is needed. I have installed an inexpensive aftermarket Chinese clone replacement sensor and it linked up within driving a mile. I also later swapped that aftermarket sensor with a Genuine Mercedes sensor and it linked up shortly after driving.
I will say the Inexpensive aftermarket 0009050030 sensor worked fine and I only replaced it with a Genuine Mercedes since I was having new tires installed and got a deal on a set of them. From my experience with Chinese products the batteries dont last very long.
Last thing i'll say is its fairly easy to replace the sensors yourself. I was able to replace them in my basement using a floor jack and a long 2x4 to push the tire off the rim.
