I've been chasing an audio issue for several weeks, and while in Engineering Mode incidentally pressed the update tab. Now my COMAND is stuck on that scree. I've taken out the fuses, disconnected the battery and nothing works. I called the dealership and they want a $99 diagnostic fee just to look at it. Any suggestions?
