So I took the car apart about a month ago to replace the ignition lock. I got busy, had a vacation, took a work trip, etc, so I've forgotten how some stuff goes back. I got the hardest part done, getting the column back in and connected to the joint on the lower column, total PITA to get it aligned. There is a plastic "shell" for lack of a better term that has the wires for the footwell light running through it, and I have no clue where it goes. It is lined on the bigger end with foam, which I assume goes against something. I have tried it all different directions and cannot figure it out.

Anyone have any idea what I am talking about, and if so, where does it go??
