I want to chip the M272 3.5 engine and how much power will it add?
Guys, my engine has stock values of 272 hp and 240 NmI want to make stage 1 by flashing the gearbox and engine and also change the stock manifolds.How much will this give in hp and Nm in total?

It will give you probably as much hp as sticking a turbo badge on your car. Gains will be negligible and not worth the expense unless you think 10hp is significant.
What he said - you need a turbo motor in order to see any meaningful boost from an ECU swap or flash. Headers may net you a few hp up top at the expense of torque down low. Probably not a good move unless this is a track car.

There really is little point with stock mechanicals and a naturally aspirated engine. No boost to increase you see.
A TCU tune could make it feel snappier and more responsive, as would a throttle pedal tuner. Set up correctly these devices can improve subjectively, the way a car drives. Mercedes have notoriously conservative drive by wire throttle potentiometer curves. I have a roar pedal on my C250. It transforms the car. BMS make a decent unit too, but I like the Bluetooth connection on the RP.
