P47 parking package

P47 parking package
Hi all
long time fan of mercedes cars, first time owner. I noticed upon decoding my vin that the car is equipped with a 'P47' parking code, and when i went to order a new bumper on rockauto the only bumper that would fit my car is the one with the 'parktronic' package. however, i have never once known or seen of any parking feature in this car.
is there a past post on this forum or a youtube tutorial of any sort that someone can point me into the direction of that would let me know how exactly i can get this car's parking sensors to work. Even wiring a backup camera

In my W204, I too have the P47 PARKING PACKAGE HIGH and have no idea what it means. Could it be the tilting outside passenger side mirror when in reverse? I do not have any parking sensors.
