The recent temperatures (Canada) have exposed my ageing primary battery. I have P/N A 000 982 21 08 installed currently. I tried ordering a replacement from Mercedes (000-982-32-08-26) , my order was cancelled as not available and the suggestion they gave me ( INTA0009823208) shows up as discontinued/not available. Sigh

Canadian Tire has ELIMINATOR AGM for $325 which hurts a little.
I'm thinking of just buying this; Ford Motorcraft BAGM-94RH7-800 Is this a good option/proper fitment? Battery purchases are scary with NO RETURNS everywhere.
Its really not that big of a deal. Get any AGM battery with the highest CCA you can get that has the correct battery frame size and correct post arrangement.
My C250 uses the H7. My go to would be that Walmart H7 AGM. That ford one looks fine, I'd use it if it were one of my only options. I'm in the US and there's parts stores everywhere (oreilys, auto zone, Napa, pep-boys). You should be able to find an H7 AGM pretty much anywhere.

don't know what model you have but c250 Canadian V6 and c300 all list H6 or H7 as alternatives .My c250 came with H6 but I have upgraded to H7 for the last two batteries.
Most of the car industry's batteries are made by 3 manufactuers (Clarios, East Penn and Exide), so no matter whose label is pasted on the outside, the battery came from one of these company's factories. Find one that has the same size spec and capacity and you'll be fine.
Ended up getting the Ford battery. Went in as a perfect fit as it should. Interesting where it is manufactured. Also, amazing that I appear to have replaced the original battery!?!

good find. I bought an H7 AGM from Costco for $30 more and made in Mexico one month Vintage. Does it say what year month of manufacture on the German Ford battery?
