Nice! Do you like the gloss black finish? I was on the fence about the gloss back or all aluminum but decided go all aluminum after seeing some cla diamond grill pics.

How was the install?

Yes I prefer the gloss black finish, the chrome blade that runs across just seems to float in between the diamond pin heads on the grille, much prefer it to the alu version.this was it straight after garage fitted it, MB specialists local to me charged £60 and took about an hour or so while I waited, great service.Front bumper needed to be removed.
I'm just now waiting on the red foil to arrive that goes around the inside of the grille as fitted on the C63, cost of it was a bit much but I really like the added detail it gives ..

Im selling the diamond grille for the w205 c class. It is brand new never used, from Hentury on ebay. in original boxing. Selling for $210 CAD or $160 USD. Selling it because I havent found the time to install it on my car. Im located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, able to ship asap.

dollar for dollar, one of best mod to increase the aesthetics of the C class imo.

I have had mine for 5 months, don't regret getting the silver one, It all depends on what color you have, to me the silver one enhanced my palladium.

Yes, the CLA is great, but look forward to the real coupe.

I can't comment on an MB official diamond grille but compared to the original one I removed quality wise it seemed exactly the same to me.
Looks great fitted and garage never said they had any probs when they did the work...

I ordered my diamond grill last week and it came in the mail today.

How hard was it to fit yourself?

I know the bumper has to come off and I've read the instructions but I'm not a skilled mechanic!

How do the rivets come out? Are they a simple pop rivet?

What would others recommend? Is this a diy job?

yes a bunch of rivets have to come off. pop the inner circle part out of the rivet first and then the outer part.

I would recommend doing it with a friend with car fixing experience. if not, take to the shop.

How much have you guys been charged for fitment? I've read £60... but that sounds ridiculously low.

Mine took about 3 hours to do. Would be easier with a lift ramp to get fully underneath, but relatively straightforward. But, unless your quote was at 1990s prices, it does sound low.
