To turn of vid in motion and to free up voice commands in motion. They had access on the W222 2014's, I just figured access was on the 15's. You were told no menu exists >?

Your car has to have the split view option in order for it to work, and if it does you should be able to toggle it on/ff in the SETTING/DISPLAY menu, for video and navigation in motion get a simple plug/play software to unlock it, www.bimmerguru.com/mercedes_benz

There has to be some kind of engineering mode. The technicians at the dealers' need to have access to some of the systems which are only shown there. So it has to exist, we just don't know how to find it. It's possible to enter it in the E-class with the NTG5 unit, so it has to be possible here.

Well I have good news and bad news.
I got my dealer to send a memo to Stuttgart and check for the engineering mode.
They came back with an instruction on how to open the Dealer menu on the Audio20. I guess it should be the same on the COMAND.
The procedure is simple, you go into Vehicle Settings, mark the System Settings (don't open it, just mark it) and hold the control wheel to the left for several seconds.
Easy.
Now for the bad news. There's nothing there. On my car only the two volume options were unlocked, everything else was greyed out.
Maybe someone else can try and see what happens.

Help To Turn off the Auto Stop Engine Feature.
Good morning.
I would like to know how can I turn off definitively the Auto Stop Function in my C-180 Avangarde (2015 Mod). Every time I start engine, this feature gets on or when I change the Mode to Eco, Sport, Etc. Is there a way to don't have this feature turning on every time? Thanks a lot, in advance!

Can anybody tell me what the two volume options are for, both are adjustable.

manage to get people who update my map n command using xentry n videomo to enble engineering mode for my c180, later ill show coz it got a lot of thing cn it and some can be set or change and some grey out...so need some one to tell me what is the function for if possible..later ill share it ya

hi, I can access the dealer menu and service menu, I can see a lot of settings. Is there any documentation on this? Can we change anything from there or it is just to view ?
It looks like this is where the 4 driving modes are setup, but I don't understand the difference between the dealer menu, and the service menu.

i ask my mechanic who is coding my w205 with xentry (sumting like that which enable amg display, update my garmin map, make my signal light blink 7 times instead of 3 times during soft turn signal) to enable engineering mode also...hence now i can start altering it, but if u not unable it then u can see the menu but cannot alter it. to go to engineering menu u need to select vehichle --> display --> then push the rotatory knob to the eft for 3 sec
