Do C400s even exist?

I was in Chicago today and decided to visit on the Mercedes of Chicago dealer to see a C400 since I ordered mine sight unseen. The web page said they had 3 on the lot. I went to the dealer and they had exactly zero 400s (well they did have an E 400 ). They also had a c300 luxury, the first one I've seen. The grill was not as bad as I thought, but the rims were hideous, I swear I've seen wheel covers that look better!

So what did they say happened to the 3 C400s they had? Were they sold?
Or did they list vehicles that were inbound?
What is the point of this thread?

43 C400s at this Southern California dealership
They are one of the biggest dealers in Cali if I'm not mistaken

Are you sure you were in Chicago and not on a different planet? The luxury looks awesome!

Im not a fan of the grill look because it seems like it was grafted on a car that wasn't really otherwise designed for it. In a car that looks almost organically designed it simply looks out of place. Of course, I understand the heritage factor, but the fact is that as cars have evolved more in the form follows function direction, distinctive grills are an oxymoron. In person it doesn't look as bad as in some pictures, where it looks kind of like a nose tumor. What was hideous was the default rims, they extend over the lip of the tire bead, they really, really look like wheel covers rather than alloys. Luckily there is an optional rim that looks a million times better.

I put you on my personal ignore list. I never liked to play with the kind of kids who always had to have the best toys in the box.

Design is a personal preference. If you are going to get your panties all up in a bunch about it you have a serious problem since everyone's opinions will differ.

What is more beautiful????

Its up to your opinion.

If you like the grill by all means get one or 2!!!
