Does anyone know if you can play .flac songs through the memory card in the W205 with multimedia pack?

It won't play .flac songs, but you can stream them from your phone / mobile device via bluetooth if you get a flac compatible player from the app store - However I believe that the maximum bitrate via bluetooth is something like 320kb (don't quote me on that) but it will play just fine.

gotcha, thanks! I am just wondering what the best way to play hq audio is, I guess I have to burn a CD? LOL

Yeah, burn a CD, or even better a DVD audio disc, I believe it can hold 24 bit music if you're own such high quality music

i normally convert .flac to 320kbps mp3 using winamp and call it a day

I highly doubt you can hear the difference in the car between a 320kbps mp3 vs .flac. Even a VBR MP3 at 200kbps+
