Screeching Brakes

I just had the car (C300 Sport) in at the dealership for the Ignition Recall (fixed), creaking noise from the headliner (turned out to be the panoramic sunroof, which they realigned and lubed - issue fixed). And I also had it in for the third time for the squeaky brakes.
History: Its a '15. Bought it in April of '15. Pads were replaced because of the issue in April '16 under "goodwill". Brought it in again for the same issue in April '17. They did the "paste" treatment on them. Winter again this year and the squeal is back.
This time the dealership said they could not recreate the noise (this is next to impossible not to recreate on a cold morning) - they had it overnight. They said they did the "paste" treatment again, but other than that there was nothing they could do since the pads were already replaced under goodwill and they should have been the "updated" pads. He stated this is just a symptom of large discs and pads with overnight rust on them. I explained that I've had BMW's and Mustang Cobra's with large brake discs and pads and have never had this problem. He apologized and said there was nothing more they could do on it.
Of course when the car is pulled up to the pick up area - the breaks squeal incredibly loudly. I wanted to go back in and speak to the service manager again...but I was so frustrated - I just wanted to leave. I'm afraid when I back out of my garage at 6:15am each morning I'm waking up half my neighborhood. It's frankly embarrassing.
Has anyone had a solid fix performed on their car for this? Also - is there a number at Mercedes I can call to elevate the issue? Thx!

It's winter 2018 and my squeek is back especially here on Long island where it has been unbelievably cold. My dealer first changed all the pads, last year - still squeeked; then replaced my breaks squeek/vibration, etc. It appeared to have disappeared, however, it is back. I will mention when I get the latest recall on my C300 2017 Coupe; was waiting for the part. Have owned 1 coupe before this and the sedan never had this issue. I absolutely love this model and it is a really strange thing.

I got my new CPO 2015 C300 in May 2018. Winter is here and I now have the large screeching front brakes.
I've taken the car into two different dealerships. First one claimed "unable to reproduce" and the other one said I needed to pay $400 for new quiet pads "ones specifically for upper Midwest".
They have multiple TSBs over the years on this issue and I have a warranty. Why should I pay?

The long and short of it: No real solution. I had this problem with my Cadillac ATS. They did everything from replacing rotors, pads to brake paste. Always returned in cold weather when reversing. Now my brand new MB is doing the same thing in cold weather. Learn to live with it, I guess.

Is that why they want me to fork over $400 to "fix" the issue (when i have a warranty)??
Is that why no other MB 300 sport i owned had this issue?
Is that why it costs $60k?
to each his own.
This same compliant (word for word) is written on thousands of MB invoices.(coincidence?)

For about the last week there has been a very loud screech/squeal coming from the brakes of my C400. It seems to have started as the temperatures got very cold, but who knows. As I come to a stop, it sounds like I'm scraping against an aluminum wall. It only happens for the first couple of brake applications (in Drive and Reverse) then everything seems fine while driving. The problem recurs after the car sits for a while. The sound is not just a slight squeak, it's loud enough that bystanders look to see what the heck is making that noise.
Has anyone else experienced this with the new C Class?
I have an appointment at MB on January 19th. I'll add this to the door handle light malfunction and poor fitting bumper/ tail lights issues.

I have a 2019 C300 5029 miles my neighbors all joke about how i am their alarm clock . The dealership already replaced all 4 pads and rotors still very loud in the morning bringing it in for the 3rd time next week my first Mercedes Benz and my last going back to BMW for my next car....

Add me to the list... had my rotors and pads replaced a few months ago for the squeaking issue. I was told there was a special set of parts to remedy the issue that were used, but when it got cold these new ones are doing it just as bad. I had brought it back in a few weeks back and they couldn't find anything wrong with the new pads/rotors. Now that its getting worse it's going back and they need to do something. Given the other issues I've had with the car I'm done with Mercedes. After my lease is up I'll pay the return fee and never look back.

The brakes on my C300 have been very noisy when cold for the past few months. Once they are warmed up they are silent. I checked all the past and there is a good 75% pad left.

I thought it would go away after driving for almost a year in my CPO.
BUT then I got a nice surprise when it hit 19 degrees outside a few weeks ago.
SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECHHHHHH!!

No one should "just live" with this problem, regardless if some other car manufacturer's vehicle does the same thing. I've been driving for over 20 years and I've never had a car with squeaky breaks, unless the car needed new pads - until I leased a new Benz. I still haven't gotten a resolution, but none of my neighbors with BMW's are waking everyone up when they're leaving home in the morning...

I am currently facing the same exact problem with my new 2015 C300 that I leased in November. The dealer took the car and replaced the rotors. This did not help. We then placed a complaint with MBUSA and had it escalated to a Case Manager. We were notified today that MBUSA will take no action. No make-good offer, nothing. I don't know where to go from here. As said previously, this noise is LOUD, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. I am at a loss.
This video gives you an idea of the noise. It does not do it justice as it can be MUCH louder.

i have my rear brakes replaced at dealer at 40,000 miles, it screeches the first few months.
at 82,000 miles, i replaced front and rear rotors and pads at indy shop for 1450$. that guy said he putted some brake paste on it, no screeches, not even once.

I have mine at the dealer again, they found ANOTHER updated set of front pads for the C300 that should address the issue. This will be the third set that this car has had in less than 13k miles.

So it has been a month and a half since Mercedes started "researching" this issue. Has anyone heard back from their dealer about a fix yet?
In the meantime, it has started to warm up again in the US. Meaning the complaints of squealing brakes in the US will die off for at least 6 to 8 months. I wonder if they are just hoping this will go away.
