C250 BlueTEC 4Matic (W205)
European built C250 with bleeding MB-Tex?
Hello everyone.
I've ordered a new C250 BlueTEC 4Matic (W205) in October. In late Januari I picked it up from the dealer. After some cool nights below freezing point I discovered one of the MB-Tex pieces was becoming "oily". This single piece is on the back of the passenger seat. This phenomenon completly disappers when the car gets warm.
In Europe the MB-Tex is called Artico-leather I think (or at least in Sweden where i live).
Is this the same issue that you guys in North America is suffering from?
I called my dealer and they will replace the clothing on the upper part of the passenger seat. They tried to order a repair kit for my seat but they haven't any kits in stock. I wonder why?
Otherwise the car is a great ride!
Thanks, Claes
