2nd time driving it. What did I do wrong? Clicked all the buttons to no avail. Tried to turn off the music with mute button... Eventually hitting the "ON" button on the console help to mute it but not to unfreeze the whole thing. Did I lock the screen somehow or something?

Try turning it off with the OFF button on the console. Also try holding the CD eject button in for ten seconds. I'm assuming a restart of the car has already taken place and didn't clear the problem.

If none of this works, a trip to the dealer may be needed. And no, you didn't do anything wrong. This should not happen.
