Another question about MB Tex

My c 300 has been at the dealer for 25 days with the seat issue. i would like to ask your opinion of what to ask mbusa regarding compensation but would like to take it off the board and keep it private . Got the car 1/17/15 had it for 2 weeks, car has 240 miles on it. they are telling me another 7 to 10 days because they MBUSA forgot to send the two pieces for under the knees on the drivers seat. I did based on your issues request them to make sure that they replace the piece under the armrest and the two side bolsters, which they have assured me has been done. this means that it would have been 5.5 weeks at the dealer.
thanks

Hi Stan
I wanted to ask what parts of the seats in the back were not done?
I know you mentioned the bolsters on the sides. Is there any other part that one should be asking the service dealer about.
My husband is taking the car in Mar. 4th and they said that all the pieces were in. Also, did they deal with the issue of the passenger seat calibration?
Thanks Stan, you have been such a help here.
