What is the option that gives the dashboard some leather coverage? The leather interior package? Is there an option to have MB-tex cover the dashboard?

In USA, if you order the LUXURY or the SPORT package you get stitched dash and upper side panels. And though I'd highly recommend the "interior" package...it has no bearing on dash stitching ordering the "interior" package that adds leather, LED lights, ventilated seats, and lighted door sills.

 

Thanks, that's very helpful. I am State-side. So for the C400, since it comes with the SPORT package, they all should have the stitched dash. Let me know if I'm wrong about that.

 

You are correct. The C400 in the states won't come with the standard (non-stitched dash). The new C450's packaging yet to be announced.
