Bluetooth and Moto X 2014
Hi there,
Is anyone using Comand with a Moto X 2014?
It connects fine and plays music etc. without any issues via Bluetooth. The problem I have is that when on a phone call, my voice breaks up/goes silent for 0.5 sec to 1 sec continuously. I hear no problem form my side but the person I am talking to tells me about the issue. I have deleted the Bluetooth connection a couple of times and re-connected, but no change. It happens to every person I call from the car.
The Moto X 2014 works fine in my other car. I also have a Nexus 6 which works without any issues in the C Class.
I assume there is an issue with the Moto X and Mercedes Bluetooth, but wondered if anyone had the same issue or was using the Moto X 2014 without any issue.
Thanks

Try to pair from phone to car as well as from car to phone. It has helped me with previous phones in other cars for some bluetooth issues. Make sure, also, if you have background noise reduction (for phonecalls) on your phone, that you turn it off.

Thanks for the replies folks.
I tried pairing in both directions - still the same.
Car is going in on Thursday for recall work. I have asked them to check I have the latest software on the Comand system. Hopefully an update is needed and sorts this out.
Thanks again.
