So my car now has 1300 miles and I have several problems.
1. My passenger rear door LED light is out and I've been waiting 2 weeks for the part to come in so than can be repaired. From what I'm reading other doors will go out too but I'm sure the dealer won't replace the other 3 LED lights. Question, does the lights from under the mirrors look a different color to you guys than the doors because mine are?
2. I have a whistling noise from the vents when I put the heat or AC on the power of 7 but when I lower to 6 it goes away.
3. My speakers are crap for a lack of better terms. Crackling, popping, rattling their a mess.
I'm going to address all the issues when I bring the car in for the LED lights but I just needed to voice my frustrations.
The way I read it your tech is saying "no problem found" except for issue number 1. What he wrote is polite and maybe resulted is some payment from the manufacturer to the dealer. I am not saying he is right.
At least our dealer gives the free full service car wash for as long as you own the car. You can bring it in every day if you desire except on Sundays and certain holidays.
I've been down this road with BMW before you go back and they cant reproduce the problem even though when I went there I called someone thru bluetooth and you heard the crackling and rattling of the speakers...I'll deal with it for now..it's not a big deal just annoying
