Thinking about geting this Hdmi Vim? anyone install a vim yet?
anyone have experience with Hdmi Vim kit. i usually install a vim but never had a hdmi one that used a wireless mirror device to mirror my Iphone. I was going to purchase the oem sd car navigation for 520 then came accross this and much rather mirror my phone and use Waze or google maps for my navigation and could mirror my slingbox app for cable or netflix etc ....Any ideas on this? Also can anyone recomend the best hdmi mirror device? i see they offer one will ahve ot look into it . Here it is

Do these work with the existing system, or replace it? For example, I would want to also keep my current back up camera and navi/radio, but be able to mirror my cell phone.

2015 C220 AMG Line Bluetech.
Mm - interesting concept, I grant you. But does this integrate with COMAND ie, does the touchpad/wheel inputs transfer back to the phone? I somehow doubt it, so you would need to "operate" the phone, while driving - bloody dangerous if that is the case (and illegal in UK)…
