Signature on windscreen?

Signature on windscreen?
Not that I've looked properly to work out the writing but I appear to have a hand written signature on my windscreen. It appears to be made of the same material that the antenna lines on the windscreen are printed in.

So just going back to the lines on the windscreen, are these GPS antenna or something else? I've not seen them on the screen before on any car (I've noted them on audi rear side windows before) and I certainly don't remember them on the base spec demo cars I drove. I've got nothing like them on my BMW which is also fully tech'd up.
