Brake Booster Hissing after release c300w4
Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, just recently picked up a c300w4 sport in steel grey coming from a W212 which was more plush.
I have a question to other owners out there. Do you hear a hissing sound when you release the brake pedal?

I noticed that sound on my C400. It lasted for a few brake applications, then stopped. It was good for a while then one day my wife told me she heard a hissing sound from the brake pedal when she released the brake. When I checked, the sound was gone. There is no hissing sound upon brake release now. It just went away on its own. The brakes seem to work fine now, just as good as new. No idea what it was or if it will happen again. I had the dealer check and they couldn't reproduce the sound or find anything wrong.
