In the operators and command manuals there are number of references to the 'separate operating instructions' for the Voice Control System, is there such an instructions? I could not locate it from the MBUSA's site, maybe it's a hard copy supplied with the car?

There is a hard copy booklet, titled Linguatronic, that should be included in the manual wallet.

Yes it's hard copy. I've had trouble finding an up to date one online.

To be fair, you're not far off the mark there as you can of course simply say 'help'.
