Since the 2014 E350 and 2015 C400 are relatively in the same price point, if you had to pick a car which one would you choose and why?

Newer car generation and later model year.

I had this choice. But i went for the C class because the technology is newer, plus i git bit more discount Never regretted it love my W205!

W205. Better technology and IMHO its looks are better.

I considered the 2014 E as well, but it seemed dated, and the W205 was just a "wow" in person.

In March of 2014, I was originally going to buy an E350. I went for test drives and did the research. After learning about the, then soon to be released new C-Class, I decided to wait a few months and get the C400 for many of the same reasons as others have expressed; newer model, new tech, more power and the E Class was at the end of it's life cycle and soon to be re-designed. I will reevaluate my choice next year when the re-designed E Class comes out.


If choosing an E Class today, I would go with the E400.

E class, bigger, less wind noise on the highway - I chose the C for two reasons: 1) there is a new E class coming soon, 2) E class is Taxi's first choice (and they can get the new model at a competitive price).
