MB C300 lease questions.

My first post here.
My wife is looking to buy a car, and she loves the 2015 Mercedes C300.
I have a few questions:

I have a few questions:
- What is a good selling price for the C300? 10% off MSRP?
- Does anyone know what the residuals for the C300 are for 10k miles/yr and 12k miles/yr? 36 or 39 month term... which ever is better.
- Does anyone know what the base MF is for the C300?
- What is the MF reduction for MSD on Mercedes? Is that even possible on Mercedes?
- Since maintenance is not included with Mercedes, and you have the option of buying pre-paid maintenance, can you add that to the selling price of the car and get it residulaised?

- Does anyone know what the residuals for the C300 are for 10k miles/yr and 12k miles/yr? 36 or 39 month term... which ever is better. 36/10k is 63% and 36/12k is 62%
- Does anyone know what the base MF is for the C300? .00136
- What is the MF reduction for MSD on Mercedes? Is that even possible on Mercedes? Auto pay will reduce the MF to .00126

I am still not sure if MB does MSD? The MBFS website says that they do do them and one can put down up to 10 MSD. How much does each SD reduce the MF by? 0.0007?
I asked my local MB dealer about MSD and they were clueless....
I'm a little surprised that MB dealers do not know much about MSD, where as BMW dealers almost encourage it!

They won't do MSD on the C300 is what I was told.. In NoCal MB San Jose and southern Cali... Keyes Europeon and Fletcher Jones Motor Cars in Newport Beach have the most cars of any dealer in Cali... but tons of other good dealers Walters MB Riverside, MB Long Beach to name a few.
